Open An Escrow On A Refiance

In order to better serve you, we kindly ask that you perform the following steps in order to open a new escrow on a refiance of a certain property. 

• Please download a copy of our "Open A Refiance" Escrow Form located in the link below. 
• Once the file has been downloaded, print the form and fill out all the necessary information.
• After completing the form, please fax it to our office at our fax number (619) 427 - 1458. 
• As soon as we have received the completed "Open A Refiance" Escrow Form we can open up a title order number and then we will call you with our corresponding escrow number.
