Open Up An Escrow On  A Purchase!

In order to better serve you, we kindly ask that you perform the following steps if you wish to open a escrow on the sale of a property.

• Please download a copy of our "Open A Sale" Escrow Form by clicking on the link located at the bottom of this page.
• After opening the downloaded file, print the form and fill out all the necessary information.
• Once completed, please attach the form to the fully executed Purchase Contract and fax to our office at fax number (619) 427 - 1458. 
• As soon as we receive both the completed "Open A Sale" Escrow Form and the fully executed Purchase Contract we will contact you with our corresponding Escrow Number.
